Detailed Ticket Option Settings [WIP]

Purpose: Adjust every aspect of ticket creation via detailed panel options.

Settings Include:

  1. Ticket Questions (0–5): For each ticket option, you can configure up to 5 questions:

    • Title & Placeholder:

      • Provide a clear question title (e.g., “Describe your issue:”) and a placeholder (e.g., “Type your message here…”).

    • Required Toggle:

      • Mark the question as mandatory if needed.

    • Expected Response Length:

      • Set a maximum character count or a recommended length.

    • Response Format:

      • Choose between a short (single-line) or long (multi-line) text input.

    • Temporarily Disable:

      • Use a toggle to temporarily disable a question without deleting it.

  2. Global Option Toggle:

    • Enable or disable the entire button/select menu option.

  3. Custom Embed Content for Ticket Creation:

    • Edit the embed message content that is sent when a ticket is created.

    • Use placeholders like {user} or {ticket_number} for dynamic content.

  4. Custom Ticket Message:

    • Set the text content that appears above the embed in the ticket channel.

  5. Ticket Name Format:

    • Define a naming convention using placeholders, for example:

      ticket-{user}-{number}
    • This ensures consistency in ticket channel names.

  6. Ticket Roles:

    • Add custom roles (e.g., moderators, support team) that will automatically be added to a new ticket.

  7. Custom Categories:

    • Specify which Discord category new ticket channels should be created under.

  8. Required Roles:

    • List the roles a user must have to be allowed to create a ticket.

    • Users without these roles will be blocked from ticket creation.

  9. SteamID Integration:

    • Enable this setting to require users to link their Steam account before they can create a ticket.

    • The configuration will guide you through the integration process and enforce account linking.
