Ticket History Section [WIP]

Purpose: Manage and review past tickets using the Ticket King dashboard.

Content:

  • Dashboard Overview:

    • View a summary of recent tickets categorized as open, closed, or archived.

  • Ticket Details:

    • Click on any ticket to view full details including logs, conversation history, and metadata (timestamps, assigned staff, etc.).

Searching & Filtering Tickets

Purpose: Quickly locate specific tickets using search and filtering tools.

Steps:

  1. Using the Search Bar:

    • Type a full or partial user ID, username, or ticket name fragment into the search bar at the top of the Ticket History page.

  2. Applying Filters:

    • Use drop-down menus to filter tickets by category, date range, or status.

  3. Advanced Search:

    • Combine multiple filters for more refined search results.

  4. Viewing Detailed Ticket Information:

    • Click on a ticket from the search results to open its detailed view.
