Ticket History Section [WIP]
Purpose: Manage and review past tickets using the Ticket King dashboard.
Content:
Dashboard Overview:
View a summary of recent tickets categorized as open, closed, or archived.
Ticket Details:
Click on any ticket to view full details including logs, conversation history, and metadata (timestamps, assigned staff, etc.).
Searching & Filtering Tickets
Purpose: Quickly locate specific tickets using search and filtering tools.
Steps:
Using the Search Bar:
Type a full or partial user ID, username, or ticket name fragment into the search bar at the top of the Ticket History page.
Applying Filters:
Use drop-down menus to filter tickets by category, date range, or status.
Advanced Search:
Combine multiple filters for more refined search results.
Viewing Detailed Ticket Information:
Click on a ticket from the search results to open its detailed view.
