Buttons and Select Menu Options

This documentation is still a work in progress. We are constantly making improvements and will continue to add additional information.

Purpose: Configure and personalize interactive elements on your ticket panel.

Steps:

  1. Setting Emojis for Buttons/Menu Items:

    • Click the settings icon on a button or menu item, then select an emoji from the list or input a custom emoji code.

  2. Configuring Options via the Settings Icon:

    • Each button or select menu has a gear icon that opens advanced settings.

    • These options include:

      • Setting ticket questions (also known as forums)

      • Editing the ticket message

      • Setting custom ticket names

      • Setting custom ticket categories

      • Ticket Ping settings

      • Required Ticket Roles

      • Steam ID Integration

      • & more
