Setting up basic configuration settings.

Now that you have invited Ticket King, it's time to configure some basic settings for Ticket King to meet your server's needs.

Overview

In this section, you'll learn how to:

  • Set the Language of the Bot: Customize the bot's language to match your server's preferred language.

  • Add Custom Staff Roles: Define roles with the permission to manage and view all tickets.

  • Set Custom Ticket Categories: Organize tickets into specific categories for better management.

  • Configure Ticket and Transcript Log Channels: Specify channels where ticket activities and transcripts will be logged for record-keeping.

Step-by-Step Guide

Before we get started, log in to your server's dashboard on the web dashboard.

  1. You can do this by visiting our website at Ticket King and logging in to your account.

  2. Next, click Dashboard or Open Dashboard.

  3. Next, you will see all available servers, select your server by clicking the Manage button under it.

If you do not see your server on the server list, make sure you have permission to manage it. This requires you to have a role with Administrator or Manage Server, or be the server owner.
